Billing and shipping information: During the checkout process we ask for personal information such as, name, address, e-mail, telephone number and credit card details. This information is necessary to process and ship your order. Information required by contracted third parties (e.g. USPS) to ship your order will be provided to them.
Username and password: To make check out easier for you during future visits, at your request we will store your billing and shipping information, as well as the shipping information of your friends, so that you will not have to type it in the next time you order. We need to collect a unique username and password from you in order to verify that only you have access to this information. E-mail address: We also ask for your e-mail address if you are interested in receiving special news and promotions from us.
Secure Online Ordering: All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our product pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your order plus shipping and handling within the continental United States and tax (if applicable).
Payments accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. All online orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. After your product has been shipped, we will also email you with invoice confirmation and package tracking information. When sending a personal check or money order, we will confirm your order by email and let you know where to send the check.. Your order will be shipped upon payment receipt.
Ordering By Telephone: For phone orders, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone at (914) 361-9053 from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. After these hours you may leave your order on our voice mail systems for next day processing.
Ordering By Fax: For fax orders please write your order information on a separate piece of paper including your address, telephone number, credit card information, and signature. You may fax your order to (914) 729-1093.
Shipping and Handling
Orders delivered within the continental United States will be shipped via UPS ground service or USPS priority service, Monday through Friday – not including holidays – unless you choose otherwise. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes.

If for ANY reason you are unhappy with the products you received, please send them back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, please include receipt, NO questions asked! It is our way of assuring you that we guarantee you’ll enjoy our products. And if you do not, then we will do everything to make your business experience with Muffetta Naturals the most enjoyable.
If there is a problem, please call us within 1 day of receipt for replacement. In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you. If the order is damaged in shipping, you must save the contents and packaging materials, as the shipper will require them. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. You must contact us in advance to get an authorization number for the return. Credit will not be issued until we receive the return. In the event a package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $15.00 address correction fee per address.
Because we process and ship your order within a 24 hour period, we can only accept order cancellations within 5 hours after placement, and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the deadline you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate refund or credit.
